  • Social Welfare Department (SWD) has recently released notice and  invited  online application for UP Scholarship 2021-22.
  • Online Scholarship Form is being Filled Up for Class 11th/ Class 12th/ Under Graduate Courses (BA/ B.Sc./ B.Tech.)/ Post Graduate (MA/ M.Com. / M.Sc./ M.Ed./ LLM) & Other Courses.

Eligibility for UP Scholarship 2021

        • Candidates can Enrolled with School, College, Institution/ University.
        • Post Matric (Class 11): Passed Class 10 (High School) Exam and Enrolled in Class 11.
        • Post Matric (Class 12): Passed Class 11 Examination and Enrolled in Class 12.
        • Dashmottar: Under Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Certificate/ Diploma Courses.

        • Last Year Qualifying Mark Sheet
        • Caste Certificate
        • Income Certificate of Candidate’s Father
        • Bank Passbook
        • Fee Receipt Number
        • Annual Non Refundable Amount
        • Enrollment Number
        • Aadhaar Card Number
        • Latest Passport Size Scan Photos
        • For Renewal Candidates: Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details.

How to Fill UP Scholarship Online Form 2021

  • Fresh Candidates: Who have Enrolled/ Admission in Class 11/ Class 12 (High School/ Intermediate) 2021-22 & Other Dasmottar Courses UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificates Courses Should Apply in Fresh.
  • Renewal Candidates: Candidates who are already enrolled in any school / college and had applied for scholarships last year will renew their application.
    Kindly Collect the All Required Documents Before Apply Online
    If you are not now of the non refundable Amount, please check your fees receipt OR contact the college / school if there is any confusion.
    Submit your form to the concerned school / college within 3 days of the completion of the application.
